Mental health independent living

Located on a historic farm in Northern Virginia, Hopewell House is a unique, supportive residential program for adults with mental illness.  Our programs  provide individuals and their families a tightly personalized approach to achieving stability and growth. 

We are a supportive community for those who find it difficult to achieve inclusion in society because of mental illness. Our approach to mental health housing means that our residents are valued, accepted, and supported in real and tangible relationships while maintaining their independence.

We are proud to offer these services to idividuals diagnosed with  the following:
  • Schizophrenia
  • Schizo-affective disorders
  • Depression
  • Bipolar Disorder
  • Anxiety related disorders
  • Other mental illnesses on a case by case basis

Residential Support

Experience Hopewell's most comprehensive level of support at our Residential Support Program. Residents live in a home on the farm with full access to our service offerings while leading a self-determining lifestyle.

Community Support

Hopewell's Community Support Program helps our clients transition back into the community through a collaborative coaching process. A mutually agreed upon care plan guides a resident as they utilize the tools they have learned in real time to live outside of our farm.
