The group home at Hopewell House began serving individuals with mental health challenges in the fall of 2011. Since that time, many positive outcomes have been achieved in large part due to the dedicated Behavioral Health Coaches and other employees who are committed to the Hopewell House mission.
Hopewell House hires those who embrace the person-centered concept of developing a program around the strengths and needs of residents. Our philosophy is to provide a home-like setting where we assist individuals in learning skills that promote community integration, better health management, and opportunities to fully participate in one’s own recovery process. We encourage empathy rather than sympathy and assistance rather than duty. Hopewell House offers paid training for all positions, flexible schedules, and individual mentoring sessions with experienced managers. Learn more about our Behavioral Health Coaches.
